Problem: Forest River bus, LLC (Forest River) is recalling certain 2024 Mobility Trans Safetbus, Glaval Universal, 2025 Senator II, and Starcraft Allstar transit buses equipped with certain S-Series and K-Series wheelchair platform lifts. The electrical contactor may fail, preventing the controls from stopping the lift.
Risk: A wheelchair lift that continues to move while occupied increases the risk of injury.
Fix: Dealers will correct the wiring by installing two diodes, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 12, 2026. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-800-348-7440. Forest River's number for this recallThe maker or a government agency pulled this product.
