Problem: Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2023-2026 CR-V Hybrid11 reports about hybrid on this site. See them all →, Accord Hybrid, and 2025 CR-V Fuel Cell EV vehicles that were previously remedied under NHTSANational Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Look up open recalls on your car by VIN. Learn more → recall number 26V366. When using the tire repair kit, pressure may build within the sealant bottle, causing the bottle cap to detach.
Risk: A detached bottle cap can become a projectile and strike the user or others nearby, increasing the risk of injury.
Fix: Dealers will inspect and replace the tire repair kit nozzle, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed November 16, 2026.
